So somehow I miseed my 4th month update and now its almost time for month 5. But at least I’m updating. Honestly, been a little down lately thanks to my back and general stress thanks to work and house hunting.
Heaviest Weight: 380 (circa 2006)
Starting Weight: 316 (July 09)
Day of Surgery: 290
Current Weight: 242. Yup, I’m in the land of Stallville. Since February I’ve lost and gained the same 8 pounds or so.
Total Weight Loss Since Heaviest: 138
Total Weight Loss Since July: 74
Total Weight Loss Since Surgery: 48
Clothing: Firmly an 18. My grandmother gave me a pair of size 18 shorts and was like “well, you might not be able to fit in them yet but you will eventually.” Eventually? More like immediately!
Now if I can just figure out underwear sizes. I have now bought 4 different brands and all the same size and only one fit right!
Diabetes Update: I’ve continued to be off all diabetes medications and my A1C was 5.6! That’s the lowest it has EVER been!
Adventuring: Did some adventuring, but my back is starting to get irritated. In fact my back has been in a major flare up for the past 3 weeks and it looks like I’m going to have to break down and get a spinal injection again
House Hunting: We’re still waiting to hear about our dream home.
Doin’ what I’m suppose to?
Water: eh, doin’ good on most days.
Meds: what meds? LOL Oh yeah, I guess you can count my vitamins. Every day
Oh and was sooooo happy that the doc finally took me off the prilosec and the potassium! Wooo hoo.
Protein: Yup, pretty much able to get it all from food now!
Exercise: not doing as much as I should. Must work on this
Fruits and Veggies: Veggies: check Fruits: getting better
